    POP-UP Restaurant By Travelling Snack Restaurant With international guest chef Toni Krank Nic and Toni will be teaming up to create a menu based on high quality seasonal ingredients with a focus on local Western Australian produce. The restaurant will be located in a 100 year old cottage in the Bickley valley, with great views down the valley.     Asparagus season is here! To celebrate this great time of the year we are teaming up with H & P Asparagus and the Bickley Valley cottage to bring you a 3 course asparagus menu. It will be held on the 20,21,22nd of October for lunch and dinner, it is a one weekend only so get in quick!  When: 20,21,22nd October. Lunch from 12-2pm and Dinner from 6-8:30pm Cost: 3 course meal with an aperitif            Lunch  $55            Dinner $65 Where: Bickley

    Finally, Its nearly there
    ​ Finally after many delays and problems the food truck is nearly ready to kick off the new year!!!! As with all predicted start dates, they never seem to be achievable. I have been assured that the trailer will be available for pick up on the 19th of December. So a few final checks after that and we should be up and running on the 6th of January :) I will keep you all up to date . Hope to see you all soon Nic

    Soft Opening On the 21st of October, the Travelling Snack Restaurant will be at the Kalamunda Night Markets selling some fresh and delicious food. The Food Truck will not quite be ready by then but we will have a temporary food stall, come enjoy the Perth Hills and the Travelling Snack Restaurant.  As it is asparagus season at the moment ( Asparagus season is only for 2 months a year from around mid-September ), I thought I would feature this local product grown in the Perth Hills and combine
